Transcript
01 Your plan
Open “Billing” under Finance. “Your plan” shows the “Monthly price”, when the “Next invoice” comes, and who “Invoices are emailed to”.
Your billing months start on the day you activated. Your price is the published price for your plan on the day you signed up.
Under “Usage & Limits”, your products, storefronts and team members sit beside what your plan includes. To change plan, get in touch with us.
Every plan includes unlimited products. An upgrade switches its features on straight away, and its price applies from your next billing month.
02 The monthly invoice
When a month ends, we issue its invoice and email it with a payment link. Pay it by 11:59 pm Toronto time on the fifteenth day after.
“Invoices” under Finance lists them all. Filter by “Open”, “Paid” or “Overdue”, and open one to see its “Line items” and “Balance due”.
“Download” saves a copy for your records, and “Pay” pays an open invoice online, the same as the emailed link.
Every month you use is invoiced, including your first. Time your account was switched off or closed is not charged.
03 Automatic payment
Rather not pay each invoice by hand? Under “Automatic payment” on Billing, the owner or an admin can save a card.
Tick the agreement, press “Save a card”, and enter it on our payment processor’s page. We never see your full card number.
We charge it for each invoice when we issue it, and email you the amount at least three days before.
If a charge fails, the payment link still works within the same fifteen days. “Remove card” turns automatic payment off at any time.
While a charge is going through, the invoice says “We are confirming the automatic charge to your card.” and shows no Pay button, so it is never paid twice.
04 If an invoice goes unpaid
We send reminders. If an invoice is still unpaid at the end of the fifteenth day after its link, your account is switched off.
Your stores show they are temporarily unavailable and take no orders, but you can still sign in to pay and to export your data.
Billing then leads with the “Amount due:” and a “Pay” button. Pay what is overdue and your account switches back on by itself, usually within minutes.
An account left switched off for thirty days can be deleted for good, after warnings fourteen, seven and two days before. Export anything you need.
When nothing is due, the page simply says “You’re all paid up.” Next: accounting and staff hours.

01 Votre forfait
Ouvrez « Billing » sous Finance. « Your plan » affiche le « Monthly price », la date du « Next invoice », et à qui « Invoices are emailed to ».
Pendant qu’un débit est en cours, la facture indique « We are confirming the automatic charge to your card.
Quand rien n’est dû, la page indique simplement « You’re all paid up.
