FAQ

Catalog & inventory: questions merchants ask

Can I bring my products over from Shopify?

Yes. Import a Shopify product export and its rows are grouped by handle into products with their options and variants. Re-importing the same file is safe. Other CSV files import one product per row.

How does the regulatory radar work?

Once a day it reads recall notices from the U.S. FDA (openFDA), the Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, and compares them with your catalogue by barcode, brand and name. A match is a suggestion with a confidence score and its reasons, never a finding: always read the official notice.

Is stock shared between the register and the storefront?

Yes. Stock is one ledger. A sale at the register and a sale online draw on the same count, per location.
