AI-Powered Insights: Bundles, Returns Risk, Scenarios and Agent Traffic

Overview

Four tools under Insights look at your store's own data (and, for one, a what-if scenario) to surface things worth acting on. None of them invent facts about your store — each is grounded in your real orders, products or traffic.

Smart bundles

Insights → Smart bundles looks at what customers actually buy together and suggests product bundles — a name, a short description, a suggested combined price, and the reasoning behind the pairing. Click Create on a suggestion you like and it becomes a real bundle (a percentage-off bundle discount) in your catalog immediately — nothing is created until you click it.

Predictive returns

Insights → Predictive returns scores your recent orders for return risk — High, Medium or Low — with the specific reasons behind each score and a suggested preventive action (for example, confirming sizing before it ships). This is a heads-up, not an automatic block: nothing about the order changes until you act on it.

Digital twin

Insights → Digital twin runs a what-if scenario against your store's real revenue and customer data: reduce prices 10%, increase stock 20%, launch a new product, or describe your own scenario in plain language. It returns a projected 30- and 90-day revenue change, risk factors, opportunities and a confidence level — a projection to help you decide, not a guarantee.

AI agent traffic

Insights → AI agent traffic breaks down hits, orders and revenue coming from AI shopping agents — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and others — and which surface of your store they're using. As more shopping starts inside an AI assistant instead of a search engine, this is where you'd see it happening on your own store.

Engagement insights

Insights → Engagement insights is a webcam-based preview of shopper attention — point your own camera at yourself to see what an engagement/attention timeline would look like. It runs entirely in your browser: the video is processed locally and nothing is sent to BestWebby's servers.
