BestWebby hosts independent stores, and most are exactly what they look like. When one is not — phishing for another company’s credentials, selling counterfeits, or taking money it never intends to deliver on — we want to know.
A person reviews it
Reports land in our abuse queue and are read by platform staff — not scored by a bot and closed automatically.
Confirmed abuse gets the store suspended
If the store is hosted on BestWebby and the report checks out, we freeze the storefront while we investigate. The merchant can appeal.
Not ours, still useful
If the page is not hosted with us we cannot take it down, but reports about lookalike sites still help us protect merchants and shoppers.
