Promotions

Discounts with a floor under them.

Plan: Growth and upLive

Promotions & discounts

  • Percentage off, a fixed amount, buy-one-get-one, volume tiers and discounted shipping — automatic or behind a code.
  • A preview of what each promotion does to a basket before it goes anywhere near a shopper.
  • A clearance and markdown scheduler with an approval gate and a hard price floor.

02 / 05

Email & flows

Campaigns, journeys and recovered carts.

Plan: Growth and upLive

Email campaigns

  • Send now or schedule, to consented customers or to a segment you have defined.
  • Branded mailboxes on your own domain, with the hosting, DNS and addresses set up from the dashboard.
  • Every transactional email the store sends — order confirmations, shipping notices — previewed and branded in the same place.
Plan: Growth and upLive

Flows & automation

  • Automated journeys built from email and text steps with the timing between them.
  • A/B variants on a step, so a subject line is tested rather than argued about.
  • Activate, pause, or enrol a customer by hand when the rules do not fit the case.
Plan: Growth and upLive

Abandoned-cart recovery

  • A recovery sequence that runs on its own, and a one-off email for the cart worth chasing by hand.
  • A count of carts actually recovered, which is the only figure that tells you whether it works.
Plan: Growth and upLive

Deliverability

  • Opens, clicks and the revenue attributed to each campaign, across email and text alike.
  • Revenue per campaign is the number that settles an argument about whether a send was worth making.

Reach & partners

Feeds, pixels and people who send you shoppers.

Plan: Scale and upLive

Product feeds

  • Catalogue feeds for Google, Meta and TikTok, published from the same products you already sell.
  • One catalogue behind all of them, so a price you change is the price they get.
  • Choose product by product which feeds it goes to, without taking it out of your store.
Plan: Scale and upLive

Affiliates

  • Partners get a tracked link and earn commission on paid orders inside your attribution window.
  • Rates per product or collection; commission is reduced when an order is refunded.
  • A partner portal; you pay partners yourself and record the payouts.
Plan: Every planLive

Printing & physical services

  • Request flyers, signage, cards and other printed work from inside the dashboard.
  • A team member quotes every job and arranges it by hand; nothing is printed or charged until you have agreed the price.
Plan: Every planLive

Browser notifications

  • Reach shoppers who subscribed in their browser, with neither an email address nor a phone number.
  • The one channel a shopper can opt into before they have given you anything else.

04 / 05

Content

Articles and product finders.

Plan: Growth and upLive

Blog & content

  • Write and publish articles to /blogs on your own storefront, on your own domain.
  • A content calendar, so the posting plan is visible instead of remembered.
Plan: Growth and upLive

Quizzes & surveys

  • Product-finder quizzes on your storefront that end in a recommendation, not a dead end.
  • Surveys for feedback and lead capture, where answers are collected without being scored.

05 / 05

Listening & social

What people say, and where you post.

Plan: Scale and upLive

Social listening

  • Track your brand, products, competitors and hashtags across Google News, Hacker News, Google Alerts and RSS feeds you add.
  • Each mention rated for sentiment and tagged by topic, with alerts on negative mentions and spikes, and a digest.
  • A link to reply on the original site, under your own account.
Plan: Growth and upRolling out

Social posting

  • Connect your Facebook Page, Instagram business account, X, LinkedIn company page, Google Business Profile and Pinterest, then compose, schedule or post straight from a product.
  • Choose product by product where each one goes: your store's networks, only the ones you pick, or never.
  • Launch-kit captions wait for your approval as drafts, and so do catalog rotation posts unless your automation level lets it post.

Rolling out: Rolling out: each network connection is being confirmed on a live account before it is switched on.

Plan: Growth and upRolling out

SMS marketing

  • Texts to customers who agreed to receive them, with STOP and START handled for you.

Rolling out: Available soon, once our phone service is connected. Until then the screen says so and nothing is queued.

FAQ

Marketing & automation: questions merchants ask

How are affiliates credited and paid?

Each partner gets a link with their code. A paid order inside your attribution window earns them commission, which is approved after your hold window and reduced if the order is refunded. Partners follow their earnings in a portal. You pay them the way you agreed; BestWebby does not move that money.

Which sources does social listening read?

Google News, Hacker News, your own Google Alerts feeds and any blog or forum RSS feed you add. Each mention names its source and links to the original, where you reply under your own account.

Can I send text messages?

SMS marketing is built, with consent and STOP handling, and is rolling out: it becomes available once our phone service is connected. Until then the screen says so and nothing is queued.
