Printing & Physical Services: Request Flyers, Signage and More
Ask BestWebby staff to quote and fulfil flyers, signage and other physical print jobs — a plain request queue, with no vendor automatically wired in.
Overview
Go to Marketing → Printing to request a physical print job — flyers, signage, business cards, or anything else printed. This is not an automated print-on-demand pipeline: a BestWebby team member reads every request, quotes it, and follows up with you by hand. There is no vendor connected behind it, and nothing is ever marked done or shipped automatically.
Step 1: Send a request
On Marketing → Printing, describe the job (what you need, any sizes or finishes), the quantity, and the best email and phone number to reach you. Submitting gives you a reference like PR-7F3K2Q and starts the request at status New.
Step 2: Track it
Your submitted requests are listed on the same page with their current status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Received, not yet reviewed. |
| Quoted | A team member has priced it — the quote and any note appear on your request. |
| In progress | Being produced. |
| Fulfilled | Done. |
| Cancelled | Not going ahead. |
A staff note on your request is plain information from the team — never a promise of a ship date or an automatic status change.
For platform staff: the request queue
Admin → Printing requests lists every store's requests, newest first, with a status filter. Staff set the status, enter a quoted price, and leave a note for the merchant — all by hand. There is no print vendor API behind this: fulfilment is entirely a human process on BestWebby's side.
Good to know
- There's no automatic fulfilment promise anywhere in this feature — if your business needs guaranteed turnaround times, say so in the request and wait for a quote before assuming a date.
- A request's reference (PR-XXXXXX) is how support looks it up if you need to follow up.
