Getting Started
Home: Your Daily Briefing and What Needs You
The first page you see when you sign in: today's revenue and orders, one queue of what needs you in priority order with one-tap approvals, today's cashflow and the stock about to run out.
Overview
Home is the first page of your dashboard (/overview). It greets you by your business name and shows, on one screen, how today is going and what is waiting for you. Home is part of every plan; the one-tap actions you see depend on what your role may do.
Today at a glance
The cards at the top are today's figures, in your store's currency: Revenue today, Orders today, Avg order value and New customers today. If you also sell in another currency, those sales are listed under the cards, each in its own currency rather than converted into yours.
Detailed metrics, at the top right, opens the full metrics page with revenue, orders and the activity feed.
Needs you now
Needs you now is one list of everything waiting for you, the most urgent and most valuable first. Each item is marked Critical, Priority or Routine, and comes from one of these:
- Paid orders awaiting fulfillment, more urgent the longer they wait. These open the order: shipping needs a tracking number, so there is no one-tap for them.
- Returns waiting for approval, with Approve on the item.
- Suggested support actions, such as a refund proposed from a conversation in the Inbox, with Approve.
- Overdue invoices you issued, with who owes how much.
- Abandoned carts worth 50.00 or more in your store's currency that the shopper has not come back to (see Abandoned carts).
- Promotions ending within three days, so you can extend them or let them lapse.
The list holds up to ten of each kind. Approve appears only when your role allows that action, and the action is checked again when you press it; nothing in the list happens without a click. Snooze for a day hides an item until tomorrow and Dismiss hides it for good. Both apply to everyone on your team, so a colleague does not find the same item waiting. When the list is empty it says You're all caught up.
Cashflow
Cashflow shows the payments captured today, the refunds made today and the Overdue invoices, with how many and how much; its link opens Accounting. Amounts in other currencies are listed separately.
At-risk stock
At-risk stock lists the products that are out of stock first, then those running low: at or under the product's own reorder point when you have set one, otherwise 5 units or fewer. When nothing is low it says Stock looks healthy. Its link opens Inventory.
