Email Design: Brand Your Order Confirmations and Shipping Notices
Preview the transactional emails your store sends, add a footer line and support address, and see your real logo and brand colour in them — no code.
Overview
Go to Settings → Email design to see exactly what your order confirmations, shipping notices and other automatic emails look like — with your real logo and brand colour already pulled from your site's theme. This page previews the real email; it doesn't send anything until a customer's order triggers it.
Step 1: Preview an email
Pick an email type from the list (order confirmation, shipping notice, and others) and choose a language if your store sells in more than one — the preview updates to match.
Step 2: Add your footer and support address
Set a footer line (shown at the bottom of every email) and a support email address (where a reply-to or "contact us" link points). These apply store-wide, or per site if you run more than one storefront under this account.
Step 3: Send yourself a test
Click Send test to get a real copy of the email at your own inbox, exactly as a customer would receive it.
Good to know
- The logo and brand colour come straight from your site's theme (Channels → Appearance) — change them there, not here, and every email picks it up automatically.
- This page shows what's real: it doesn't let you rewrite the body copy of these emails, since the system doesn't currently support that. What you see in the preview is exactly what goes out.
