Why one platform

Stop stitching together a dozen tools.

Most merchants run a storefront, a separate POS, a loyalty app, an email tool, a help desk, and a spreadsheet that ties it all together at 11pm. BestWebby replaces the stack with one system where everything already shares the same data.

One data model

Products, stock, customers and orders exist once. A sale on the register moves the same stock the storefront is selling, in the same transaction.

One subscription

No per-app pricing and no bill that grows every time you need another capability. The platform is the product.

No lock-in

Your domain, your gateway and your data stay yours — readable over the API and exportable to CSV whenever you want them out.

One catalogue, many storefronts

One catalogue. You choose which shop carries what.

Run a retail shop, a wholesale portal, an outlet and a regional site from one subscription, all reading the same catalogue. A product can be carried on some storefronts and withdrawn from others, changed from the product itself rather than by keeping five stores in step by hand.

  2. trade.example.comWholesale, trade log-in onlyCarried
  3. outlet.example.netClearance storefrontCarried

Five storefronts, one subscription, one place to change any of it. A price moves on one storefront without touching the rest, and a product can be withdrawn from a single site without being delisted anywhere else.

Posted, not just scheduled

One post, out to the pages you connect.

A caption written for the product and kept inside each network's limit, sent to your own Facebook Page, Instagram and Google Business listing — and a log that tells you which ones took it.

Stoneware, glazed by hand, and it holds a coffee hot a good while longer than it has any right to. Back in stock this morning — 40 of them, and that is the lot until the next firing.

What happened

  • Facebook PagePosted09:00
  • InstagramSkippedneeds an image
  • Google BusinessPosted09:00
  • X and LinkedInNot yetno connection available yet

Each destination reports its own outcome, and nothing is recorded as posted unless the network accepted it — a skip says which one and why. Posts go to the accounts you connect, on your own pages. From the Growth plan up.

Every till, every branch

Four shops, one closing report.

Add a branch, give it as many named tills as it needs, and it turns up on the same sheet as the rest — with its own address, its own local clock, and every drawer counted in and out against what the system expected.

  • High Street17:4234 closed$0.00
  • Riverside17:4222 closed−$2.50
  • Airport kiosk19:4211 open, 1 closed
  • Depot counter09:4212 closed$0.00

Each branch keeps its own address and local clock, and as many named tills as it needs. Every shift is counted in and counted out, the variance is worked out against what the system expected, and it stays attached to whoever ran the drawer. Adding the fourth branch adds no line to your subscription.

vs Shopify

Everything Shopify sells separately, in the platform.

Shopify is a strong storefront. Running the whole shop on it usually means a per-location plan for the register, a higher tier for wholesale, and an app for the rest. Here the register, the wholesale accounts, purchasing and recalls are the platform — and your payments stay on your own Stripe account.

Native too

Shopify’s published rate for orders taken through a third-party gateway varies by plan and is waived on Shopify Payments. Rows describe how each platform supplies a capability from its own plans or app store, not what any app costs.

See it

The actual product, not an illustration.

Every screen below is a capture of the merchant dashboard as it ships — the same surfaces you would be working in on day one.

The BestWebby dashboard home screen: revenue, orders, average order value and new customers across the top, a prioritised “Needs you now” queue with Open and Approve buttons, and cashflow and at-risk stock panels on the right.

Revenue, orders and cashflow at the top; underneath, a queue of what actually needs you — a refund to approve, an order to ship, a wallet running low — each with its action attached.

Analytics and reporting

Native, not an add-on

What others sell as apps, we ship as the platform.

The capabilities you bolt on — and pay for — elsewhere are part of BestWebby. You switch once instead of renting your stack one app at a time.

How the money works

Your gateway. Your funds. Our cut is zero.

Most platforms take a slice of every sale on top of what your processor charges. We do not, because the charge is made on your account rather than ours.

Direct charge into your own account
You connect your own Stripe account and the charge is made on it. The money never routes through us, and you stay merchant of record.
Nothing per order, per channel or per register
One platform subscription covers the storefront, the registers, the connected channels and everything in the dashboard.
Your processing rate stays your business
Whatever rate you have negotiated with your processor is the rate you pay. We do not mark it up, because we are not in the payment path.

Card processing is billed by your own processor at your own rate. We do not mark it up and we do not add a platform fee on top of it.
