Reports & forecasts

Your numbers, read back to you.

Plan: Every planLive

Analytics

  • Sales and traffic reports with a conversion funnel, so a drop between a visit and a paid order is something you can see rather than something you infer.
Plan: Growth and upLive

Insights

  • A business health score, a board report and a 30/60/90-day cash-flow forecast from your own data.
  • Restock recommendations and a what-if adviser — ask what a price change, a stock increase, a new product launch or a change you describe might do, and get a written assessment drawn from your last 30 days of sales.
  • See which of your traffic, orders and revenue comes from shopping agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and others), and which part of your store they use.
Plan: Every planLive

Market intelligence

  • A written digest on a product category or a named competitor, built from live search results rather than a stored dataset.
  • Weekly on a schedule or on demand, with its sources listed so you can check any claim it makes.
  • Charged per digest against a prepaid balance you top up, so the cost is known before you ask for one.

FAQ

Intelligence & insights: questions merchants ask

Can the platform act without my approval?

Not by default. Proposed actions wait in the approvals ledger with their reasoning attached. You can raise the level per kind of action, with limits and an undo window.

Does fraud protection cancel orders?

No. Each order gets a rules-based risk score from 0 to 100, and risky orders become hold proposals that you approve. Nothing is cancelled or refunded automatically.

Where do benchmarks come from?

From anonymised totals shared by other businesses that choose to share theirs, in your own currency. A figure appears only once at least three other businesses contribute to it and no one of them makes up most of it, so the feature is marked Rolling out.
