Transcript
01 Print labels for products
Print labels for your shelves and products, with a barcode your till and stock counts scan. In “Products”, tick the products and press “Print labels” in the bar above the list.
Under “How many labels”, choose “One for each product (one for each option of a product with options)”, or “One for each unit in stock now”.
A product’s own page has “Print labels” at the top too. It prints what is saved, so save a changed price, SKU or barcode first.
02 Label stock and printing
Under “Label stock”, choose “Avery 5160 sheet”, thirty labels on a letter page for an office printer, or a thermal label, one per page, for a Zebra or DYMO printer.
On a sheet you used before, fill in “Labels already used on the first sheet”, and printing starts after them.
Press “Print”, and print at actual size, 100%, with no margins, headers or footers, or the labels will not line up. “Download PDF” saves the same sheet.
03 What a label shows
Each label shows the name, the option, the price in your store currency, a barcode and the SKU. The price is the one your store and your till charge.
The barcode is the product’s own UPC-A or EAN-13 when its check digit is right. Otherwise it is a Code 128 barcode of the SKU, which scans the same way.
A wrong check digit is never printed: “Not printed as asked:” lists each item and why, above the sheet. With no barcode and no SKU, the label says “No barcode”.
04 Labels for stock you receive
After you receive a purchase order, “Print labels for received items” prints one label for each unit that just came in, for that delivery only.
A received order’s details also have “Print labels” for everything received on it so far. Lines not tied to a stock item have no label.
A stock transfer does the same at its destination: “Print labels for received items” after you receive, and “Labels” for everything received on it.
05 Your label queue
Building one print run from several places? Press “Add to label queue” instead of “Print”. Your queue is “Barcode labels”, under Catalog.
Change how many “Labels” each item gets, or remove one, then print them all at once. Queuing an item again adds the labels together.
The queue is yours alone, and a colleague has their own. It stays after you print, so you can print again, and “Clear queue” empties it.
06 Sale prices and scanning
On a plan with flash sales, tick “Print flash sale prices where a sale is on now” to print the sale price with the regular one struck through.
The sheet says when each sale ends, so you can print regular labels for then. Without the tick, labels show the regular price.
The till and stock counts find a UPC-A sent as 12 or 13 digits, and the till’s search finds a product by an option’s barcode or SKU, too.
Anyone who can see products can print labels, the Viewer role too. Next: cash rounding and gift cards in Canada.

Sous « How many labels », choisissez « One for each product (one for each option of a product with options) » ou « One for each unit in stock now ».
Sur une feuille déjà entamée, remplissez « Labels already used on the first sheet » : l’impression commence après elles.
Sans code-barres ni SKU, l’étiquette indique « No barcode ».
