Transcript
01 Brand your store’s emails
“Email design” under Settings previews the automatic emails your store sends, on the Growth plan and above. Pick one, such as “Order confirmation”.
The preview is “Rendered with sample data — no real customer or order is used.” Previewing sends nothing.
“Logo and colour come from your storefront theme.” Change them there and every email follows.
Add a “Footer line”, such as your returns window, and a “Support address” for replies, then press “Save branding”.
02 Test it, and what uses it today
Press “Send me a test” to get the previewed email in your own inbox.
Today the order confirmation from your store, and the emails your flows send, carry your logo, colour, footer line and support address.
Shipping, delivered and review-request emails still go out in a standard layout, even though you can preview them here. Their wording cannot be edited.
Every receipt and notice ends with your store’s name, its postal address and a way to reach you, plus a link to unsubscribe from your marketing email.
03 Your help center starts with drafts
“Help center” under Settings writes the help pages shoppers read on your store, on the Growth plan and above. It is for the store owner.
It starts with draft articles on delivery, returns, payments, sizing and more. Shoppers see none of them until you publish.
An article marked “Needs your details” has bracketed placeholders, such as your dispatch time. Replace them with your own policy.
Delete what does not apply to your shop. If you delete everything, “Add starter articles” brings the set back as drafts.
Shoppers browse by category. “New category” adds one, and the arrows change the order categories appear in on your store.
04 Write and publish
Press “New article”. Give it a “Title”, choose a “Category”, and write the “Body (Markdown)”: headings, bold, lists and links all work.
“Save draft” keeps it private, and “Publish” puts it on your store. Saving a published article as a draft takes it off again.
While nothing is published, the page says “Your help center is not live yet”. “Publish all” lists your drafts, then publishes them.
The editor shows each article’s views, with its thumbs-up and thumbs-down counts, so you can see which answers help.
Shoppers reach it from the link in every store’s footer, search it, and rate each article. Next: phone, WhatsApp and prepaid credit.

L’aperçu est « Rendered with sample data — no real customer or order is used. » Prévisualiser n’envoie rien.
« Logo and colour come from your storefront theme.
Appuyez sur « New article ».
Tant que rien n’est publié, la page indique « Your help center is not live yet ». « Publish all » liste vos brouillons, puis les publie.
