01 The Help center

Help is never far away. “Help” at the top of every screen opens “Search help”, the “Docs”, “Contact support” and “My requests”.

“Search help” opens the Help center. Type a few words into “Search these FAQs…” and the list narrows as you type.

Under “Quick guides”, each card opens a manual page. “Getting started lessons” opens this Academy, and “Browse all docs” opens the whole manual.

If nothing fits, “Still need help?” at the bottom of the page leads straight to “Contact support”.

02 The manual and the help chat

“Docs” in the menu opens the whole manual, page by page and grouped by subject, inside your dashboard.

For a quick answer, press “Help” in the bottom corner. “Ask a question” answers from the manual and the FAQs, and links the pages it used.

When the manual does not cover it, the chat says so plainly and offers “Contact support”, rather than guessing.

03 Send us a request

Open “Support” and press “New request”. Under “It is about”, pick “Something is not working”, “Feature request”, “How do I…?” or “Billing and my plan”.

Give it a “Subject”, then under “Tell us more” say what happened and how to see it. Use “Add files” for screenshots.

As you type, “This may already answer it” lists matching guides. If one does, press “This answered my question”, and nothing is sent.

Tick “My store is down or can’t take payments” only when it is true: it goes to the top of the queue and alerts our team. Then press “Send request”.

04 Follow your request

You get a reference number by email. Every reply appears under “My requests”, and you can answer here or simply reply to the email.

When we need something from you, the request says “Waiting on you”. Type “Your reply” and press “Send reply”.

Once it is “Resolved”, you have seven days to reply and reopen it, then it closes. “How did we do?” asks for a rating from one to five.

We aim to reply within one business day, and Scale plans get a first reply sooner. Requests are sent by owners, admins and managers.

05 Tell us what to build

The “Feature board” lists ideas other stores have raised, written up by our team without naming any store.

Sort by “Most votes”, vote for the ones you want, one vote per store, and “Follow” an idea to hear when it moves.

For an idea of your own, open “Feature requests” and press “New request”. It stays private to your store.

Add an email under “Notify me at (email — optional)”, and each note our team adds reaches you there too. Next: your plan and invoices.

Tapez quelques mots dans « Search these FAQs…

Si rien ne convient, « Still need help?

Sous « It is about », choisissez « Something is not working », « Feature request », « How do I…? » ou « Billing and my plan ».

Donnez-lui un « Subject », puis sous « Tell us more » dites ce qui s’est passé et comment le voir. « Add files » ajoute des captures d’écran.

Pendant que vous tapez, « This may already answer it » propose des guides. Si l’un répond, appuyez sur « This answered my question » : rien n’est envoyé.

Cochez « My store is down or can’t take payments » seulement si c’est vrai : la demande passe en tête et alerte notre équipe. Puis « Send request ».

04 Suivre votre demande

« How did we do?
