Transcript
01 Share surplus stock
The fulfilment network is still rolling out, on the Scale plan. Today it is a noticeboard between BestWebby stores: it routes no orders and moves no money.
In “Fulfilment network”, press “Post surplus stock”. Add the “Product name”, your “City / location”, the “Quantity available” and a unit price, then “Post offer”.
“Browse network” shows what other stores have posted. “Contact seller” sends them your store’s name and email, and you agree the rest between you.
02 Local fulfilment
“Micro-fulfilment” is the same board for packing and shipping. Press “New offer” to say what you can send from your city, how many, and your “Price per unit”.
Under “Find fulfilment”, search by product or city to find a store already near your customer, then press “Contact seller”. The offer is typed text, so name things plainly.
03 Distribution partners
“Distribution” keeps the shops and distributors who carry your products. Its “Channels” tab holds your margins, so only the owner, admins and accountants see it.
Press “Add channel” and fill in the “Channel name”, the “Contact name”, the “Region”, “Your margin %” and the “Type”. It is a record for your team: it routes no orders.
04 Record a shipment by hand
Under “Shipments”, press “Add shipment” for a parcel you sent another way. Enter the “Order number”, the “Carrier” and the “Tracking number”, then “Create shipment”.
It does what Ship does on the order: the order is marked shipped and your customer gets the shipping email. An unpaid, cancelled or held order is refused.
05 Supplier risk and customer groups
“Supply chain”, also rolling out on the Scale plan, reads your active suppliers. Press “Run risk scan” for three to five risks, each with an “Action:” to consider.
It is written from general knowledge of where your suppliers are and what they make. It does not read the news, and it changes nothing: treat each risk as a question for your supplier.
“Segment customers” sorts your buyers into groups such as VIP, loyal, new or lost, by how often and how recently they ordered. Next: knowing your customers.

01 Partager vos surplus
Next on the path: Module 32, Know your customers.
