Transcript
01 Approve what is waiting
“Approvals & limits”, on every plan, is where your automations’ proposals wait: a restock order, a reply to a review, a hold on a risky order.
On “Ledger”, each waiting action says why it was proposed. “Approve” carries it out with your own permissions, and “Reject” drops it. “History” keeps every decision.
Every proposal and every action is recorded here, whatever the level. Other ideas from your automations appear under Suggestions, on Home.
02 Set the limits
On “Limits”, the account owner chooses “How much it can do before it asks”: “Draft only”, “Approve each”, “Automatic (with undo)” or “Fully automatic”.
Set a “Daily limit ($)” and a “Per-action limit ($)”. Anything over a limit waits for you. Only restock orders and clearing dead stock count money.
Switch “Can act on its own” off and that automation always asks. After 15 approvals in a row without changes, its card offers “Raise limit”.
03 The Operator
The “Operator”, on the Scale plan, runs tasks you type. Type create a discount code SAVE15 for 15% off, and press “Ask”.
It says what it understood, and nothing happens until you press “Confirm & run”. Each command that runs is recorded in the audit log.
The Operator is rolling out: creating a discount code, and pausing or publishing a product, run today. Other tasks point you to the right page to review first.
Below, your store briefing lists what needs you, most urgent first, each with a link. It changes nothing by itself.
04 Bundles and return risk
On the Growth plan and up, “Smart bundles” pairs products that customers buy together, with a bundle price. “Create bundle” makes it a real bundle at once.
“Predictive returns” scores recent orders for return risk, with the reasons and a “Preventive action”, such as confirming the size. Nothing about the order changes until you act.
05 Ask what if
The “Digital twin” answers a what-if question: “Reduce prices 10%”, “Increase stock 20%”, “Launch a new product”, or “Your own question”.
Press “Ask”. The answer is written from your last 30 days and shows the “Figures the answer used”. It helps you decide; it is not a forecast. Next: benchmarks and carbon.
Sous « Limits », le titulaire du compte choisit « How much it can do before it asks » : « Draft only », « Approve each », « Automatic (with undo) » ou « Fully automatic ».
Désactivez « Can act on its own » et cette automatisation demande toujours.
Next on the path: Module 45, Benchmarks, engagement and carbon.
