Transcript
01 Write a blog post
On the Growth plan and up, “Blogs” under Marketing keeps your blog posts, each one about a product. Press “New post” and choose the product.
Leave “Draft the content automatically” ticked and press “Generate post”, or untick it, write the title and content yourself, and press “Create post”.
Every new post starts as a draft. Read it through, then press “Publish” to put it on your store, under slash blogs.
02 Edit and plan posts
“Edit” changes a post’s title and content. On a published post, “Save changes” updates your store straight away, and the address stays the same.
The “Content calendar” covers this month and next: your posts and drafts, plus a planned post every Tuesday and Thursday for a product that has none.
“Draft this post” writes one planned post now, and “Draft planned posts” writes up to eight. They are drafts dated today: nothing is published for you.
03 Compose a social post
On the Growth plan and up, “Social” keeps your social posts in one place. Under “Compose a post”, pick a product and press “Draft caption”, then edit it.
Tick the networks, then press “Post now”, or set a time under “Schedule (optional)” and press “Schedule post”. “Post history” shows each network’s result.
Posting is rolling out: signing in to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and Pinterest is being confirmed network by network. Until one is ready, it says so.
04 Launch kit and drafts
“Launch kit” turns one product into a blog draft, a caption for each connected network and a launch email. Choose the product and press “Build launch kit”.
Nothing goes out on its own. Captions wait under “Drafts waiting for you”: edit one, then post it, schedule it or “Discard” it.
“Repost my catalog” keeps your feed active: every few days it takes your next product, writes a fresh caption and posts it, or leaves it as a draft for you.
05 Printed work
“Printing” under Marketing is on every plan. “Order from our catalog” lists print products our team has reviewed: choose one, its options and your artwork.
Add the address, press “Get shipping rates”, then “Submit order”. No price is charged yet: a team member confirms the final price and sends you a secure payment link.
If the catalogue says “No products available yet”, or you need something else, use “Request something custom”: describe it, give a quantity and press “Submit request”.
A team member quotes it by hand. You follow each job under “Your custom requests”, and catalogue orders under “Your catalog orders”. Next: quizzes and surveys.

Ajoutez l’adresse, appuyez sur « Get shipping rates », puis « Submit order ».
Suivez chaque travail sous « Your custom requests », et le catalogue sous « Your catalog orders ». À suivre : quiz et sondages.
